Sunnyside Bancorp is under new ownership
This partnership was designed to increase shareholder value.
On June 1, 2022, Vecta Partners LLC, completed the acquisition of 100% of the outstanding shares of Sunnyside Bancorp, (SNNY). Vecta Partners intends to provide capital and management expertise to enhance shareholder value. Currently, Vecta Inc., has one operating subsidiary, which is Sunnyside Federal Savings and Loan Association of Irvington (the "Bank"), which has one location, at 56 Main Street, Irvington, New York. The proposed goals of Vecta Partners are to increase the capital available to the Bank, expand the current business lines offered by Vecta Inc., and the Bank, analyze and address new business lines, products and services that management feels would be beneficial to both Vecta and the Bank.
